RayTech RNS V5.0 - User’s Manual

Maptech BSB V4 cartography

You should install and register Maptech BSB V4.0 cartography in accordance with the
installation instructions contained on their software.

Earlier Maptech BSB cartography versions

Versions of Maptech BSB cartography prior to V4 are automatically detected and
installed by RNS on startup.

Maptech Contour Professional cartography

You should install Maptech Professional cartography in accordance with the
installation instructions contained on their software.

RNS will automatically detect and use this cartography following installation.

How do I use the chart manager?

The RNS chart manager will search and locate charts that are installed on your system
or a CD. You then select which charts you require and install them using the chart
manager.

To install charts using the chart manager.:

1. Insert the relevant chart CD into the CD-ROM.

2. Select

File/Install Charts

. The following dialog box will appear:

. RNS will now search for charts on your system. After searching the
