Errors instructions and solutions are as follows:

Error instruction:

Temperature error, the sensor in the laser detects the abnormal temperature of

the laser. There are four detection points, T1~T4. The temperature above the

limitation is reported to be high or low temperature errors.

Solutions:

In case of high temperature error, please check the whater cooling system.

Error 4

Error instruction:

Laser power error, if the output power of laser is below set value, the laser

system will report power error.

Solutions:

Restart laser system is a way to solve the problem.

Error 5

Error instruction:

INTERLOCK error, it will be happened when the INTERLOCK is disconnection

Solutions:

Please connect the INTERLOCK and restart laser system.

Error 6

Error instruction:

Laser output error, if you set correctly, it cannot output laser, the laser system

will report laser output error.
