3. Stand the assembly back up. Take the connector bar (D) and align the holes of the
connector bar with the top ends of the vertical rack legs (C). Insert the bolts and
tighten them. Then, align holes at both ends of the connector bar to the hole on the
two (2) support legs. Insert two (2) bolts and screw them in securely.

Take the horizontal support bar (E) and fit it in between the support legs (B). Use the
bolts in the aligned holes to fit it securely in place. See image below for the exact
horizontal support bar placement:
