1.
Rotate the boom tilt stop repeatedly so that it moves outward (toward the boom tip).
Note:
Adjusting the boom tilt stops allows the machine’s booms to extend lower than the horizontal
position.
Install the Load Sense Hoses

Install the hydraulic fittings on the shuttle check valve (P/N 334-0003-016) as illustrated in the figure above.

Locate the load sense hose on the machine’s hydraulic pump, on the opposite side from the pressure hose
connection.
3.
Disconnect the machine’s load sense hose.
4.
Install the shuttle check valve assembly in the open load sense port of the pump.
5.
Install the machine’s load sense hose on the opposite end of the shuttle check valve assembly.
6.
Install one end of the supplied hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-442) on the open port of the shuttle check
valve assembly.
7.
Connect the other end of the installed hydraulic hose to Port 9 of the AutoBoom valve.
