• For units with CleanJet ®
- Affix hose guide „102 rear/top” (pos. 11) to hose guide
„102 rear” (pos. 10) with M4 x 10 screws page 8/9 “D”
- Screw hose guide „102 cover” (pos. 12) to hose guide
„102 rear/top” (pos. 11). page 8/9 “D”
- Place the small flue gas ducts (2 x 8455.1403 and
1x 8455.1404 from the flue gas kit) over the flue gas pipe,
fix to the bolts of the stiffening plate using M5 cap nuts
and A5.3 washers.

- Place the flue gas duct (pos. 4) over the small flue gas
ducts and fix to the stiffening plate using M5 cap nuts and
A5.3 washers.

- Remove the door handle, turn through 180° and then
attach again. pic. 13
- Press the silicone plugs into the remaining holes for the
door fixing bracket (obsereve hinge on left or right side).
Upper unit:
• If upper unit is fitted with CleanJet ® :
a) Remove left side wall. Pull out cleaning agent/rinse aid
tank.
b) Disconnect connector hoses and remove the tank from
the unit
c) Disconnect cleaning agent/rinse aid suction hoses from
the pumps and remove from the unit
N.B. Note connection colour coding on the hoses
- Place the top unit on the bottom unit so that the feet are
held in place by the pins of the stiffening plate.
- Adjust the height of the feet to ensure that the unit is
level.
• For units with CleanJet ® :
a) Jam the hose guide „102 cover” (pos. 12) between left
rear leg and the cover of the stiffening plate

b) Draw suction hoses from the Y-joint of the lower units
through the top, bottom and floor hose ducts.
c) Guide suction hoses through the floor opening of the
upper unit into the electrical control space of the upper
unit

d) Cut the hoses to the necessary lengths and attach them
to the pumps (observing colour coding) page 8/9 “B”

- Open up the recess on the deflector plate (pos. 3) for the
door fixing bracket (noting whether hinge is on left or
right). Then use countersunk head screws and washers to
attach the deflector plate to the fixing brackets of the
stiffing plate of the bottom device.

Once the Combi-Duo has been positioned in its final location:
Connect hose set (pos. 11) to complete connector set and
screw suction hoses with their relevant screw covers on to
the respective cleaning agent or rinse aid containers.
