NOTE:
Before using the tool, read the
instruction book carefully.
Intended use:
The machine is intended for ripping and cross-
cutting wood, aluminum, thin aluminum, PVC
pipe, plastic concrete, marble, tile and cement
backerboard in straight cutting lines, while
resting firmly on the work piece.
1. INSTALLING/ChANGING bLAdE (SEE FIG.
A1, A2, A3)
WARNING: bE SuRE to wear
protective work gloves while
handling a saw blade. The blade can injure
unprotected hands.
WARNING: Saw will be extremely hot
after use. bE SuRE to let saw, blade
and blade spindle clamping screw COOL
before changing blades.
a. Unplug the saw.
WARNING: To prevent personal injury,
ALWAyS disconnect the plug from
power source bEFORE assembling parts,
making adjustments or changing blades.
b. Press the Spindle Lock Button (15). Place the
hex key into the Spindle Clamping Screw (9).
Turn the hex key clockwise to loosen the screw.
Remove the saw blade down through the lower
guard slot. (See Fig. A1, A2)
c. Clean the replacement saw blade and all the
clamping parts to be assembled. Slide the saw
blade up through the lower guard slot and fit
it onto the inner spindle. Assemble the Blade
Clamping Washer (8) and the Spindle Clamping
Screw (9). (See Fig. A3)
d. Turn the key that is in the clamping screw
counterclockwise to tighten the screw thoroughly.

NOTE:
The steps involved in changing the blade
are the same as the steps used when installing
the blade.
WARNING:
When mounting, ensure that
the cutting direction of the teeth (direction
of arrow on saw blade) and the direction-of-
rotation arrow above the upper blade guard
match.
NOTE:
Never use a blade that is too thick to
allow the blade clamping washer to engage with
the flat side of the spindle.

1. As normal, it is includes the 3 types of blades.
2. Choose correct blade for different cutting you
want.
3. Always use a sharp blade.
4. If the tool does not cut as well as expected or
if it overheats, the most common cause is a blunt
blade.
