Installation
1.
Remove the 12 security screws from unit.
2.
Remove top cap from unit.
3.
Pull front assembly away from back unit.
4.
Disconnect the gray Wago connector (see diagram on page
9
).
5.
If wall mount, mount to wall.
6.
If pole mount, attach unit to pole using Pole Mounting Bracket (Part # RP7700098A).
7.
Locate the Blue (positive), Brown (negative), and Green (ground) wires coming out of the bottom of the Call
Station from the charging station.
8.
Connect the electrical wires from the 120v power supply ran through conduit to the wires in the Call Station
using the waterproof wire nuts located on the wire.
If using 480v or 277v, an additional transformer will be installed in the Call Station and the following will need to be
performed:

480 Volt AC Supplies:
Connect H1 and H4 on the transformer to the hot and neutral of the 480 volt supply. Connect H2 and H3
together. X2, X4 and the blue and the yellow wires on the charger should be connected to the ground lug on the
transformer. The ground lug should be connected to an earth ground. X1 and X3 should be connected to the brown
wire of the charger.
277 Volt AC Supplies:
Connect H1 and H6 on the transformer to the hot and neutral of the 277 volt supply. Connect H2 and H3
together. X2, X4 and the blue and the yellow wires on the charger should be connected to the ground lug on the
transformer. The ground lug should be connected to an earth ground. X1 and X3 should be connected to the brown
wire of the charger.
Once the electrical is “live”, the phone needs to be programmed and tested. Reconnect the Wago connectors that
attach the front plate to the NEMA 4 box. If the phone will be programmed remotely, secure the front assembly to the
back panel and reinstall the 12 screws to the sides of the unit. If the phone will be programmed on-site, proceed to
the directions for “On-Site Programming”.
