first

tier
unit

channels,
you
will

characters
or

dots
in
the
field.
Press

or

to
select
the
character
representing
the
channel
where
the
second
‐
tier
device
is
connected.

Type
the
appropriate
code
that
corresponds
to
the
type
of
the
connected
second
‐
tier
device.
For
example,
if
you
connect
an
MCCAT18
unit
to
the
channel
number
3
of
the
first
‐
tier
unit,
type
y
in
the
third
character.
