The Raptor self-centering vise: designed to provide reliable, consistent workholding for your
manufacturing needs. All RAPTOR vises are shipped complete, assembled, and ready to use.
UNPACKING
:
When unpacking, be sure not to damage or lose
any of the components. Each vise will include
the following: (1) socket wrench, (1) 3mm ball
end Hex Key wrench, (2) 12mm dowel pins (for
standard locating), (2) socket head caps screws
(for standard mounting), (6) M5 flat head cap
screws (for optional inserts - see last page for
options), registration, & warranty information.
OPTIONAL MOUNTING:
The vise design has four mounting holes on the
bottom to utilize an optional zero point
mounting system. These four holes will accept
(4) zero point bolts and allow the vise to be
integrated with the zero point mounting plate.
This system will locate and secure the vise in
place and with the adjustment of one screw
allows for quick change capability. The provided
socket head caps screws and dowels are not
needed with this system. For more information
