The user should now click
“Next”
multiple times until reaching the window shown in Figure
25. Once at this stage, the final step is to choose the name of the configuration file and
where to store it. The common place is to store in the Micro-Manager-1.4 folder, usually
stored in
“C:\Program Files\Micro-Manager”.
After selecting the name and location, click
“Finish”.
After finishing the steps outlined above, the user will now be redirected back to the main
Micro-Manager window where you can now image and control the camera.
