Removing Jobs without Automatic Separation Function (Manually)
NOTE!
Wearing protective gloves protects the skin from contact
with skin damaging materials. During work steps in
which you work with printing materials or cleaning
agents, we always recommend wearing protective
gloves.
Proceed as follows to remove print jobs which are not automatically
separated (jobs on build platform):
1.
Wear protective gloves on your hands.
2.
Open the upper hood.
3.
Only applies for short-term operation without automatic
separation function (

Chapter 7.7.2):

Remove the collection basket and place it on a paper
towel.
Caution! Watch out for material dripping from the
collection basket. Hold the basket at a slight angle
towards the back to prevent material from leaking out.
Also place a paper towel directly underneath the basket
opening.

Open the knife protection device: Grasp the knife
protection device by the retaining tab and pull the guard
towards your torso as far as it will go. Now lift the guard
slightly and pull it completely out of the machine. (Pay
close attention to the pins to the left and right of the
knife protection device while doing so). Set it aside.

Locate the knife in the machine.

Grasp the knife by the black knurled thumb nuts and pull
the knife upwards out of the holder. Then place the knife
with the blade facing downwards on a paper towel.

Remove the drip guard from the machine and place it
on a paper towel as well.
4.
Loosen the rotary knob of the platform and pull the platform off
the guide rail.
Place a paper towel directly under the platform
while doing so.
5.
Place the platform on a paper towel.
6.
Remove the printed parts from the platform carefully using a
spatula and/or a scalpel.
7.
Now place the platform back on the platform mounting guide
rail.

Then insert the knife drip guard and knife back into the
machine.

Place the basket back in the holder.

Close the upper hood.
11.
Begin with post-processing the print job immediately.
