SECTION 21: THE RAPID™ NP LIMITED WARRANTY
RAPID ENGINEERING LLC WILL PAY FOR:

estion.
RAPID
™
Replacement Parts are

arranted for a period of
12 months from date of shipment from Rapid Engineering
LLC or the remaining RAPID™ NP
w
arranty.
RAPID ENGINEERING LLC WILL NOT PAY FOR:
Service trips, service calls and labor charges.
Shipment of replacement parts.
Claims

here the total price of the goods have not
been paid.

• Improper installation, operation or maintenance.
• Mis
u
se, ab
u
se, neglect, or modification of the
RAPID™ NP in any
w
ay.
• Use of the RAPID™ NP for other than its intended

u
rpose.
• Incorrect gas or electrical s
u
pply, accident, fire, floods,
acts of God,
w
ar, terrorism, or other cas
u
alty.
• Improper service,
u
se of replacement parts or
accessories not specified by Rapid Engineering LLC.
• Fail
u
re to install or maintain the RAPID™ NP as
directed in the Installation, Operation and Service
man
u
al.
• Relocation of the RAPID™ NP after initial installation
• The
u
se of the RAPID™ NP in a corrosive atmosphere
containing contaminants.
• The
u
se of the RAPID™ NP in the vicinity of a
comb
u
stible or explosive material.
• Any defect in the RAPID™ NP arising from a dra
w
ing,
design, or specification s
u
pplied by or on behalf of the
cons
u
mer.
• Damage inc
u
rred d
u
ring shipment. Claim m
u
st be filed
w
ith carrier.
WARRANTY IS VOID IF:
The RAPID™ NP is not installed by an contractor q

alified
in the installation and service of gas fired heating
eq
u
ipment.

The data plate and/or serial n

mber are removed,
defaced, modified or altered in any

ay.
The o
w
nership of the RAPID™ NP is moved or
transferred. This

arranty is nontransferable.
Rapid Engineering LLC is not permitted to inspect the
damaged eq
u
ipment and/or component parts.

remedy, under this warranty or any implied warranty
(including the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose) is limited to
providing replacement parts during the term of this
warranty.
