It become harder and harder
to pump.
The hand pump is extremely
out of oil.
To maintain it with the
silicon oil. Open the oiling
plug(NO.2), add some oil
into the hole (see FIG 2). Free
pump several times(without
the air reservoir and quick
fi ll nozzle), and repeat it 2-3
times. Put on the oiling plug
after oiling to avoid extra oil
from leaking.
The pressure gauge can’t
return to zero before fi lling.
Filling more than 300Bar
pressure (over its critical
pressure) or shaking too
much during transmission.
To replace the pressure
gauge(NO.17).
It is very hard to pull and
push, and may will rebound,
the pressure gauge needle
slings back and forth.
Problem with the bleed
valve.
Replace the O-ring of bleed
valve(NO.28).
NOTE:
When you bleed the residual air in air tube and hose, normally you will hear hissing or sound
of water. The sound volume depends on the air capacity. It will not bleed much air when
function well. To much leaking air means there might be something wrong with the one-way
valve or the valve on the air reservoir is not tightened. Use this hand pump to fi ll another air
reservoir to check if the hand pump is good or not. If you can’t confi rm where the problem is
from the hand pump itself or the air reservoir, please read this manual carefully or contact the
distributor.
