SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
When this equipment is shipped, title passes
to the purchaser upon receipt from the carri-
er. Consequently, claims for the material
damaged in shipment must be made by the
purchaser against the transportation compa-
ny at the time the shipment is received.
