8.16.2 USING THE APP TO MAKE STATUS CHANGES

•

In the 3CX App, press the square on the top right of the screen, this is the extension’s status
indicator.

•

Then select the status option you would like to change the extension to.

*The status default for call flow is to send calls straight to voicemail. If you want this to be changed,
you must make the changes on the dashboard.
