Sets the symbol interleaver.

For "DVB-H State > Off", the "Symbol Interleaver > Native" is set automatically. The
setting is hidden.

Code Rate

Sets the code rate.

With hierarchical coding enabled, you can set individual code rates for high priority
path and low priority path.
