Remove seat using key.
Remove four rubber grommets and undo four allen headed bolts to remove grad rails (arrowed
in picture C).
Remove push studs in position marked in picture M.
Remove rear seat cowl as shown in picture E (unsnap slide gently towards rear of bike).
Gently ease out both side panels, trace all wires from licence plate bracket and disconnect
(please note routing).
Unsnap and disconnect key mechanism cable as labelled A in picture C.
Undo and remove Phillips screw as shown in picture D.
Remove under-tray (marked in picture D) this is held by two snap hooks positioned at top side
edges and two push stakes facing into rear light cover (rear light cover and push stake holes
arrowed in picture G).
Remove original equipment manufacturers licence plate bracket (you will need to remove four
hex headed bolts from underneath which are visible now you have removed under-tray).
Remove indicators by removing nut and plastic insert shown in picture F.
Unsnap and remove rear light cover (you will need to undo two Phillips screws from rear of
licence plate bracket under number plate if fitted).
Remove key mechanism by removing cable as before, sliding out ‘L’ shaped locking clip,
remove cable clamp bracket as arrowed in picture I and removing lock barrel.
Fit new light assembly to part 1 (use length of heat shrink near light end of wires) as shown in
picture H.
If using fit original equipment manufacturers indicators to part 1 (if using after market
indicators (if fitting mini’s we suggest R&G product code RG370), do not use plastic spacer
from original mounting (as shown in picture H).
Fit key lock mechanism to part 2 and connect key cable as shown in picture I.
