Optional equipment

RD2019 A-JAW, D-JAW, S-JAW, M-JAW

Note: Both jaws of pair have specific toothing which means each pair of jaws has
A and B jaw. Do not install two A jaws or two B jaws at the same time.

1. Place the cutter-crusher on the first free assembling stand.

2. Remove the lower jaw and lift the cutter-crusher up. The cylinder weight will

force the upper jaw against the stopper (maximum opening).

Note! Use lifting straps to prevent the cutter-crusher from rotating. Do not rely
on the hydraulics!

Note! Be very careful when lifting the cutter-crusher. Do not tilt the cutter-
crusher when lifting.

3. Lower the cutter-crusher on the second assembling stand and install the lower

jaw.

4. Make sure that the toothing of the jaws is aligned correctly.

Note! Do not operate the cutter-crusher jaws/cylinder with different pair
of jaws!
