Notwithstanding the fulfilment of the aforementioned dead-
lines, the oven has a system that warns the operator of the need
to carry out periodic maintenance. This warning is a general
preventative warning. Therefore, the shorter term maintenance
tasks must be carried out regardless of there being a warning
signal.
This warning shows up with the message “
SAT MAINTENANCE
”
on the display. This message will be shown on the display as
long as the condition that triggered the warning persists.
After the maintenance process has been concluded, the warning
must be cancelled as it will reappear in a programmed manne.

In order to do so, proceed as follows:
1. Press to access the user menu.
2. Press to access maintenance.
3. Following, press and simultaneously to alter
MAINTENANCE STATUS = YES.
4. Press to access HRST = 0.
5. Press and to reload the number of hours re-
maining until the next warning is generated.
6. Press to validate the changes and exit the menu.
Main probe is ruptured or
reversed.
Thermal cutoff device/circuit
breaker is off.
Safety thermostat sensed
excessive temperature.
The thermostat of the motor
sensed excessive temperature.
Call for technical assistance.
Re-set thermometer.
