WARRANTY RULES
& USER’S GUIDE
1. INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
Your «Raketa» ® watch is warranted by the Raketa Watch Factory for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. This interna-
tional «Raketa» warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase of the «Raketa» watch («defects»). The
warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official «Raketa» dealer
(«warranty certificate»).
During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have defects repaired free of charge.
THIS MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. normal wear and tear of exterior parts of the watch (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the straps; peeling of the plating, etc.)
2. any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing,
broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of use instructions provided in the user’s guide;
3. indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use of the watch (malfunctioning or inaccuracy of the «Raketa» watch);
4. «Raketa» watches that were handled by non-authorised persons (for maintenance or repairs) or that were modified from their original
condition without the involvement of the Raketa Watch Factory;
5. water-resistance. We cannot guarantee that your watch will be permanently water-resistant. The seal may be affected by wear or by an
accidental shock to the crown;
6. damages caused by mechanical shocks. Since mechanical watches are precision instruments, their normal use means that mechanical
impacts or other extreme factors must be avoided;
7. damages caused by the exposure to magnetic fields that may affect its accuracy or even cause it to stop;
8. battery life, if the watch has a quartz movement.
