Manual Pro2-400: Jam Remove
5.2 Follow the instructions below to solve the jam issue in this height.
5.3 If the jam issue hasn
’t been fixed with the above steps, please move to next step.
Step6. Remove the Hot End
NOTE: Please carry out the following operations with heat resistant gloves.
6.1 Power on the printer. Heat the nozzle to proper temperature. (Recommend to set it 10 degree
higher than the temperature for the filament stuck inside.)
Remove the fixing screws marked in pictures and take Fan and Hot End off.
If the jam is located at the entrance of the
PTFE tubes in Nozzle Lifting System,
please pull it out.
If the jam is inside the PTFE tubes in
Nozzle Lifting System, please remove
Hotend and insert the Nozzle Cleaning Kit
all the way through the PTFE tubes in
Nozzle Lifting System to push the filament
inside out.
If the jam is inside the PTFE tubes in
Extruder Carrier, please insert the Nozzle
Cleaning Kit all the way through the PTFE
tubes in Extruder Carrier to push the
filament inside out.
