Manual Pro2-400: Jam Remove

 

 

3.2 Follow the instructions below to solve the jam issue in this height.   

 

3.3 Check  whether  there  is  no  jam  under  this  height,  if  not,  please  install  the  Filament  Run-out 

Sensor back. 

 

Step4. Remove the Extruder 

 

4.1 Remove the two M3 screws with 2mm hex wrench at back and take the Cable Cover off. Remove             

the two M4 screws with 2.5mm hex wrench on sides and take the Extruder off. 

 

                           

                           

 

If the jam is located at the entrance of extruder, 
please pull it out. 

 

If the jam is inside Filament Run-out Sensor, 
please insert the Nozzle Cleaning Kit all the way 
through the sensor to push the filament inside out.
