6. FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE
Straight grinders are designed for:
- grinding of metal with abrasive tips
- fine cutting of metal with small cutting discs
- for milling with tail milling cutters of non-ferrous
metals, plastic, hard wood, etc.
- work with round wire brushes and paint brushes
- work with polishing tips
- work with polishing felt
- work with lamellar grinding wheels
The machine is not suitable for working with
polishing bells.
7. USE
a) This tool is used for grinding, grinding, cleaning
with wire brushes, cutting with abrasive discs
and polishing. Read all instructions illustrations
and specifications that are attached to the
machine. Failure to do so may result in
electric shock, fire and / or severe
injuries.
b) Do not use accessories that are not specially
designed or recommended by the manufacturer.
Even the attachment can be attached to machine,
this does not guarantee safe work.
c) The rated speed of the attachments
must be at least equal to the maximum speed
indicated on tool. Accessories that run at a higher
speed than rated their, can break and take off.
d) The outer diameter and thickness of
accessories must be in within the capacity of the
machine. Improperly sized accessories do not
can be adequately protected and controlled.
e) Strictly observe the joining dimensions of
accessories and tools, coit use to match those of
the machine. Failure to comply with this condition
leads to uneven operation and vibration.
f) Do not use damaged accessories. Before each
use check attachments, eg: abrasive discs for
cracks or broken parts, washers for
cracks, tears or not worn, wire brushes for
missing or broken wires. If you drop the machine
or any ground attachment, check for damage or
insert a new attachment.
Once checked and pasted plug-ins stand aside
and turn the machine to maximum

accessories, they will excreted during this test.
g) Wear protective equipment. IN depending on
the work you perform, use a face shield or
safety goggles. If necessary, wear a dust mask,
year muffs, gloves and a work apron. Safety
goggles must not allow residues of processed
materials to the eyes. The dust mask or respirator
should filter out the small particles that are
spread during operation.
Prolonged exposure to high noise can lead to
hearing loss.
h) Keep away people who do not have protective
clothing. Anyone in the work area must wear one.
Parts of materials or broken accessories can fly out
work area.
i) When there is a danger at work to hidden
electrical wires are touched, hold the machine only
by its insulated ones parts. Contact with live wires
puts the machine under voltage and may cause an
electric shock.
j) Keep the power cord away from rotating work
tools. If losing control of the machine tool can cut
the cable or injure your hands
k) Do not leave the machine until the attachment

o) Do not use accessories that require coolants.
The use of water or other liquids may cause electric
shock or electroshock.
8. KICK BACK WARNINGS:
The kick back is a sudden reaction due to
blocked tool, such as a grinding wheel,
washer, wire brush, etc.
The blocking causes the rotating tool to stop
abruptly, which will cause the machine to reverse
the direction of the attachment at the pressing point.
For example, if an abrasive disc is jammed or
blocked in from the workpiece, the top of the disk
that enters the pressing point, may pop out of the
surface of the material and cause the disc to roll
back. The disk can to fly to the sides of the operator
or to it, depending on the direction of rotation in
