Put lower unit ass’y into drive shaft housing.  

Connect and align positions of water pipe and water pipe

seal 2. 

 
 
Apply OBM grease to O ring.  

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

4. 

Tighten lower unit ass’y installation bolts and nut to 
specified torque. 

 

CAUTION  

To  make  centering  of  lower  unit  ass’y  to  
drive  shaft  housing,  attach  bolts  to  two  
locations   

B

  marked  on  the  lower  unit  ass’y  

first.  After  all  bolts  are  attached,  tighten
