Answering and Ending a Video Call
You can answer calls manually or set the system to answering the call automatically:
• If you set your system to automatic answering, the endpoint answers after the predefined number
Setting Call Answering Preferences
• If you set your system to manual answering, you can either accept or reject the incoming call.
When there is an incoming call, the system displays a window with these options (

Important:
When your computer is connected to Scopia XT Executive, the system menus are automatically
activated when you receive an incoming call to easily allow you accept or reject the call.
You can perform this procedure with your XT Remote Control Unit as described below, or using your
keyboard and mouse (for more information, see
Using the Keyboard and Mouse to Control the Scopia
on page 24).
