arranty. This limited arranty extends only to the original purchaser.
Please note that any arranty ser ices or uestions must be accompanied by order number from the transaction
through hich the arranted product as purchased and the ID number located on the unit. The order number
and ID ser e as your arranty numbers and must be retained. RADtec ill offer no arranty ser ice ithout
these numbers. RADtec arrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or orkmanship for (1)
year parts and labor (residential use) and (1) year parts and labor (commercial use) from the original ship
date. During this period RADtec ill repair or replace defecti e parts ith ne or reconditioned parts at
RADtec s option
ithout charge to you.
Shipping fees incurred from returns for under- arranty ser ice in the first 30-days ill be paid by RADtec. All
shipping fees both to and from RADtec follo ing this 30-day period must be paid by the customer. All returns
both during and follo ing the 30-day period must be affected ia the Procedures for Obtaining Warranty
Ser ice described belo . All original parts (parts installed by RADtec at the original build) replaced by RADtec
or its authori ed ser ice center become the property of RADtec. Any after-market additions or modifications
ill not be arranted. The heater o ner is responsible for the payment at current rates for any ser ice or repair
outside the scope of this limited arranty.
