User Programmable Scan
Your radio has the capability to add or delete channels in your scan list.
The radio
CANNOT
be in the Scan Mode when you program the scan list.
Press and hold
.
Two high-pitched tones sound, indicating that you are in the User Programmable Scan Mode.
“SCAN PRG” and your current channel will alternately be displayed. Channels that are currently in
the scan list will display a flashing A indicator (for non-priority channels) or a flashing B indicator
(for a priority channel).
NOTE:
You can have one programmable priority channel
only
; therefore an existing priority channel must be
deleted first before adding a new priority channel.
NOTE:
A home or secondary priority channel is automatically assigned when activating the scan mode from the
channel you are currently on. Refer to page 8 for details

Press or to
scroll through the channels.
Press
Option Button A to add or remove a non-priority channel from the scan list.
OR
Press
Option Button B to add or remove a priority channel from the scan list.

Appuyez sur le bouton
et tenez-le enfoncé.
Deux tonalités aiguës se font entendre lorsque vous êtes en mode exploration programmable par
l'utilisateur.
Le message « SCAN PRG » et votre canal en service s'afficheront en alternance. Les canaux qui
figurent actuellement sur la liste d'exploration afficheront un indicateur A clignotant (pour les
canaux non prioritaires) ou un indicateur B clignotant (pour un canal prioritaire).
NOTA :
Vous pouvez disposer d'un canal prioritaire programmable
seulement
; par conséquent, vous devez
d'abord supprimer un canal prioritaire existant avant d'ajouter un nouveau canal prioritaire.
NOTA :
Un canal prioritaire principal ou secondaire est automatiquement attribué lorsque vous activez le mode
exploration à partir du canal que vous utilisez à ce moment-là. Pour tous les détails, reportez-vous à la
page 8.
