Complaint procedure
- C laim your electric scooter or battery at your dealer or at the dealer ' s contracted repair
shops.
- W hen makin g a claim, present proof of purchase and state the reason for the claim and a
description of the defect
Warranty period
- 2 4 months on the frame and components of the electric scooter - covers manufacturin g
defects and defects
- of material other than normal w ear and tear from use.
- 12 months for battery life - the battery capacity w ill not drop belo w 60% of the total capacity
w ithin 12 months from the sale of the electric scooter. T he w arranty does not cover capacity
de g radation caused by normal use.
- T he w arranty period is e x tended by the time durin g w hich the electric scooter w as under
w arranty repair.
Warranty conditions
- The electric scooter must be used exclusively for the purpose for which it was
manufactured.
- The electric scooter must be used, stored and maintained according to this user
manual.
- The warranty applies only to the first owner.
The warranty claim expires
- I f it w as found that the dama g e to the electric scooter w as caused by the fault of the user
(accident, unprofessional handlin g beyond the scope of this user manual, unprofessional
intervention in the construction of the electric scooter or in the connection of the electrical
system, improper stora g e, etc.) or in the event of a natural disaster.
- E x piration of the w arranty period.
- I f it is normal w ear and tear due to use (e. g . tires, chains, cables, converters, brake pads, etc.).
DISPOSAL OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

Used electrical or electronic products (motor, battery, display, sensors, cablin g )
must not be disposed of to g ether w ith municipal w aste. I n order to properly
dispose of the product, hand it over to desi g nated collection points. A sk the
local authority for the nearest collection point for detailed information. I mproper
disposal of this type of w aste may result in fines in accordance w ith national
re g ulations.
