OR IX,DE:

Performs a logical OR operation between the data in IX and the data in DE. The

result is stored in IX

•

OR IY,DE:

Performs a logical OR operation between the data in IY and the data in DE. The

result is stored in IY

The relative bits of each byte are compared (i.e., the bit 1 of both bytes are compared, the bit 2 of both bytes
are compared, etc.) and the associated bit in the result byte is set if either of the compared bits is set.
