Cleaning and maintenance
Proceed as follows:
Unplug from the electrical outlet BEFORE pro-
ceeding with disassembly and cleaning.
n1 - To remove the feeding duct (B) or the duct for
grating (R) from the motor unit (A), keep the
hook/release key (Z) pressed and rotate the duct
clockwise.
Do not try to remove the feeding duct
without first having pushed the quick-
release button (Z).
n2 - Clean the motor unit (A) with a damp cloth
WITHOUT EVER using abrasive products.
Never wash the motor unit (A) with water
or in the dishwasher.
n3 - Wash all components (except the motor unit
“A”) with water and dishwashing detergent
without using abrasive sponges or mesh.
n4 -
DO NOT leave the components soaked in water.
Rinse them under running water and dry them accurately before storing them.
Do not wash any component in the dishwasher.
n5 - For a thorough cleaning of the conical sieve (C), remove the plastic adjustment screw
(C1) before washing.
n6 - Remove the perforated grille (C2) from the body (C) by pressing on it and pulling it
outwards at the same time.
