User Manual

6.9 SYSTem:TEMPerature? [0-5]

This query returns the temperature reading from the QM1004A-2-18 in degrees Celsius when RF Power
is applied. When RF Power has not been applied, the boards are in a powered down state and the device
will return 0.00 degrees.
