• Turn off the tablet temporarily
4. The operating speed of the tablet is very slow
• Close applications or programs that you are not using, since they use memory
thus, affecting the speed at which the tablet is working.
Closing applications
• Tap Settings, go to Device and select Apps.
• You will see the applications that are running.
• Tap the application or program you want to close.
• A window will pop up to confirm whether you want to Force stop or Uninstall it
• Tap the action you want to perform.
5. Your tablet is not working properly
• Perform a forced shutdown: press and hold the Power button for 7 seconds to turn
off the tablet by force. Then, turn it on again and see if that has solved the problem.
• Factory data reset: to restore the factory settings and erase all data, go to Settings,
then Personal followed by Personal data and Factory data reset.
Note: After resetting the tablet, all the settings that you have configured and applications that you may have
downloaded will be erased.

Cer rar aplicaciones
• Pulse el íc ono Ajust es, v aya a Dispositiv o y seleccione A plicaciones.
• Apar ecer á una pantalla c on todas las aplicaciones que están abier tas.
• Pulse la aplicación o el pr ograma que quier a cer rar .
• Se abr irá una v entana pidiéndole que c onfirme si quier e For zar detención o D esinstalar
• la aplicación o el prog rama.
• Pulse la ac ción que desee ejecutar.
5. La tableta no funciona bien
• Efec túe una descone xión for zada de la tableta: mantenga opr imido el botón de
Encendido dur ante 7 segundos par a apagar la tableta. Luego , proc eda a encender la y
ver ifique si el problema está solucionado .
• Restablec er datos de fábr ica: para r establecer los ajust es predet erminados y bor rar t oda la
infor mación, vay a a Ajust es, luego P ersonal seguido de Datos personales y R establecer
datos de fábr ica.
Nota: Después de r establecer los da tos de fábr ica de la tableta, se borran t odas las configur aciones que usted ha ya
ingresado al igual que las aplicaciones que se ha yan descar gado.
