Using the cooking basket (P)
The cooking basket and its
handle can become very
hot during use and remain
so for some time after use.
Risk of injury! Observe the
appropriate protective
measures when removing
or handling the basket The
use of hot cooking
equipment, e.g. wearing
heat-resistant oven
gloves.
Extreme caution should be
exercised when placing
the cooking basket in the
already hot stainless steel
mixing bowl. There is a
risk of injury from the hot
bowl and/or the hot
ingredients in the bowl.
Always remove the
cooking basket first,
before removing the hot
ingredients from the
stainless steel mixing
bowl.
Danger of burning!
When using the cooking
basket, it is essential that
you take care to choose
your ingredients your
ingredients and their
quantity. Firm or solid
ingredients should not be
used in the cooking
basket.
It is also important to not
exceed the maximum
filling quantities after
setting up and and filling
the cooking basket.
Do not use the cooking

meatballs that are to be cooked
during the cooking process in soup or
sauce, etc., but which are not to
come into contact with the moving
blades, can be prepared to perfection
using the cooking basket
