sufficient. However, we always
recommend adding more to
avoid possible dry running.
Proceed as follows to use the
appliance with the steamer
(K):

1.Place the stainless steel mixing
bowl (E) correctly on the base
(C).

2.Pour the required amount of
liquid into the stainless steel
mixing bowl (E) for steaming.

3.Place the cover (F) and make
sure that it is properly locked.
Caution: The filler cap
(G) must not be placed
on the lid (F) while the
steamer (K) is in use,
otherwise the steamer
(K) cannot be placed
correctly and the steam
cannot flow through the
lid opening into the
steam tray (30)

4.Place the steam tray (30) on
the lid (F) of the stainless steel
mixing bowl (E) and arrange your
ingredients.

5.Now place the steam
compartment (29) on the steam
tray (30). If you wish, you can add
more ingredients to the steam
compartment (29).

6.Then place the lid (28) on the
steam compartment (29).

7. Connect the appliance to a
properly installed earthed mains
socket.

8.Turn on the appliance with the
on/off switch (B). A signal sounds
and the display (I) lights up.

9.Select the desired temperature
with the temperature control
knob (14). For steaming, we
recommend that you set the
temperature to 120 °C. The
temperature selected must be at
least 100 °C.
Note: As the water evaporates at
approx. 100 °C depending on the
air pressure, the temperature in the
stainless steel mixing bowl cannot
be too high.
