Before installing the software please repair disk permissions.
This is done with the Disk Utility.
To locate the Disk Utility,
open Finder and click on the
Applications icon.
After you open it, there’s an-
other folder titled ‘Utilities’.
And finally, open Disk Utility. It’s the
Hard Drive with a stethescope.
Click to open, notice on the left of the screen two or more line items.
The first is the brand and model of your computer’s hard drive, the
second item should be the name of your computer (Example-my Hard
Drive is called Imac G5 HD; I would choose this one).
