Step 5) Adjust the position of shield gas nozzle before welding so that your work piece can be
prevented from quick oxidation. To change language, press
“OTHER”, see below photo.
Step 6) Now you are free to weld. Take your products in hand, move in your arms from the two
side holes, move up and down the prodduct, see it from the microscope, when you can see the
welding point very clearly, press the foot switch and laser beam will come out to weld.
Step 7) When you finish welding, press
”STOP”, turn off the key switch, shut off the electricy.
Finally, please open the protective cover and clean the dusts in the welding chamber. We
strongly suggest you to do this at least once a month.
