3.3. Airplane Mode
When the module enters into airplane mode, the RF function will be disabled, and all AT commands
related to it will be inaccessible. This mode can be set via the following ways.
3.3.1. Hardware
The W_DISABLE# pin is pulled up by default. Its control function for airplane mode is disabled by default
and
AT+QCFG=
“airplanecontrol”,1
can be used to enable the function. Driving it low will set the module
enter airplane mode.
3.3.2. Software
AT+CFUN=<fun>
provides choices of the functionality level through setting <fun> into 0, 1 or 4.

AT+CFUN=0
: Minimum functionality (disable RF function and (U)SIM function).
⚫
AT+CFUN=1
: Full functionality (default).
⚫
AT+CFUN=4
: Airplane mode (disable RF function).
3.4. Power Supply
3.4.1. Power Supply Pins
The module provides 4 VBAT pins for connection with an external power supply.

Two VBAT_BB pins for BB part.
