3.1 Enter PIN on screen
Enter the effective PIN password of SIM card. If you do not
know the password, please immediately contact the network
service provider.
3.2 Enter PUK code on screen
Your SIM card will be locked after you entered the wrong PIN
code for three times, and to unlock, you must enter PUK code,
please immediately contact the network service provider.
3.3 Insert SIM card on screen
Make sure the SIM card is installed correctly. Check if there is a
flaw or failure with it. If so, please delivery it to network service
provider for solution.
3.4 Out of service area, network fault
Check signal strength icon instruction. If there is no network
signal, you may be in a basement or blind spot in a building. Go
to the other places to receive signals. There is another situation,
you are in an uncovered network area, and you can ask your
network service providers for service areas.

Hang up and dial again, the network service providers may offer
a better quality line.
