To start again or reset the clock
Remove all the batteries and set-up clock following the instructions.

Turn to the right to increase the chime volume or to the left to decrease the volume.
Turn the chime on/off
Slide the Chime ON/OFF switch to ON or OFF.

This is correct, the automatic night mute will silence the chime between 10pm - 5am..
