(1) Restarting the clock Remove the battery from the battery
compartment. Place the clock on a
support with its face facing downwards,
and then briefly (for approx. 2 seconds)
insert the battery the wrong way around
(with reversed polarity). Then
immediately insert the battery the right
way around again.
(2) The hands of the clock turn
continuously Restart the clock (1).
The battery is almost empty: check the
voltage. Alternately, the clockwork may
be faulty, in which case you should send
the clock to the Service Department.
(3) The clock does not set itself Remove the clock from the field of
influence of possible sources of
interference. The clock should be more
than 1 m away from television sets,
computers, monitors etc. Then restart the
clock (1).
(4) The clock remains stopped at 4,
8 or 12 o’clock and does not set
itself The clock takes up to 10 minutes to
receive the radio signal and set itself. In
case of poor reception conditions, this
may even take a whole night.
(5) The clock displays the wrong
time Restart the clock (1).
