Manual for KinetiZ 7L

Chassis Security Switch (CHSSEC)

The connector connects to the chassis security switch on the case. The system can

detect the chassis intrusion through the status of this connector. If the cased has been

opened , the system will record the status and indicate the chassis has been opened. You

can receive this information from QDI ManageEasy software.

Besides speed of the BAKFAN, The speeds of the CPU fan and chassis fan can be
detected and viewed in PC Health Status section of the BIOS.
