GENERAL WARNINGS
- These appliances are intended to be used for
commercial applica ons, e.g. in restaurant kitchens,
canteens, hospitals and commercial companies such
as bakeries, butcher shops, etc., but not for food
mass produc on;
- Installa on must be carried out by skilled technicians
qualified for this task, in compliance with the
regula ons in force in the country where the
appliance is to be used. As a result of improper
installa on, people or animals may be harmed and
property damaged, and the manufacturer shall not
be held liable for this. Check the electrical power
supply voltage and frequency for matching with the
values specified on each appliance label. Check the
electrical capacity of the power distribu on system
for proper dimensioning with respect to the
maximum output and/or power absorbed by the
appliance. Earthing connec on is mandatory. Then
check the earthing system for compliance with
current safety standards. Before plugging in the
appliance or switching on the main switch upstream,
make sure the appliance switch is set to “0;”
