Registration and login
When you first open the Pillgo App, you will see the landing screen.
Step 1
You must create an account in order to use the app. Tap SIGN UP to create
your Pillgo account or LOGIN if you already created an account before.
Connecting with your Smart Pillbox
After logging into your account, you can connect with a Smart Pillbox.
Step 1
Hold down
❼
for 3 seconds to enable the connecting mode. The status light
will flash BLUE quickly.
Step 2
Swipe to choose your Smart Pillbox and click “
Add Your Profile
”.
If no smart pillbox is being found, you can click “
Use App without Pillbox
” to
continue using the Pillgo app without connecting to any pillbox.
Setting up your profile
Step 1
Enter your personal information, including name, gender, date of birth,
height, weight, country and ethnic group.
Step 2
Click “
NEXT
”.
Step 3
Check the disease you have and click “
DONE
” to finish setting up your profile.
You can uncheck all checkboxes if you do not have any disease.
Setting your medication schedule
You will be directed to the homepage of Pillgo after setting up the profile.
Step 1
Click the “
+
” at the top right-hand corner or “
Schedule Now!
” on the bottom
to add schedule.
Step 2
Click “
Add Medicine
” to add medicine information manually or “
Add by
Camera
” to add pill information using our Optical Character Reader. If you choose
to add medicine by camera, take a picture of the medicine label. Pill information will
be recorded automatically.
Click the right arrow to edit the pill information.
Step 3
Click “
NEXT
”.
Step 4
Choose your pill organising method, i.e. organising your pills by single or
multiple type per slot.
