Tracking other user’s performance and records
You can view the devices you are monitoring and their corresponding quantifiable
performance index on the “
TRACKER”
page.
Step 1
Click “
TRACKER
” on the dashboard.
Step 2
Click “
EDIT
” to add or remove the monitored devices.
Step 3
Click “
CONFIRM
” to save your changes.
Step 4
Click onto the monitored device, and you will be switched to the
corresponding user.
Step 5
Tab “
TODAY
”, “
Performance
” and “
Record
” to view the patient’s details.
You cannot edit anything of the monitored device.
Step 6
Go back to the “
TRACKER
" page and click your device name to return to your
profile.
**Setting
Step 1
Click “Setting” on the dashboard.
Change your password and app
language. Click “SAVE” to save your
changes
Change your profile picture.
Click “LOGOUT” to log out from your
account.
Edit your profile.
Mute/Unmute your pillbox.
Switch your pillbox mode between
“Connect to pillbox” and “App-only”.

Turn on/off the flight mode.
Switch your medicine sorting
method between by type/dose.
