Step B – Setting Up Connections 1.4
In order to load funds, download rates, and support your Mailing System, you must set-up
a connection between your Mailing System and the E-Services Server.
This can be done in one of the following ways:

• Your Mailing System communicates with
the server directly through an application
installed on your PC (computer) or laptop.
• The PC Meter Link application allows you
to use the broadband connection through
your PC's High Speed internet connection.
• This application allows for fast, seamless
postage rate updates, funds downloads;
and software updates to be performed re-
motely and automatically.
