Online Customer Support 

For better customer support, QSAN product includes the console cable for online support. 
Please follow the procedures below to setup the online help environment for QSAN support 
team. 

The following procedure will help you to setup the serial console via the console cable that 
is enclosed in the shipping carton. The following image is the appearance of the console 
cable.
