• Remove the adhesive protections, previously applied, from the counter flange.
• Make sure the area where the gasket will be positioned is clean and has not suffered any
damage during installation.
• Position correctly the o-ring on the counter flange (part. 13A), assemble the thruster
(fig.13), grease the thread of the bolts with marine grease (part. 13B) and firmly fix with
the supplied screws and bolts.

The bolts and screws of the counter flange must be tightened to 15Nm(Ø185)
25Nm(Ø250), tightening little by little in a crossed sequence, following a scheme
such as in the example in figure 14.
WARNING: about one week after installation, check that all screws are properly
tightened in order to compensate for any potential o-ring adjustment.

• Grease the motor shaft and ensure that the key is well positioned.
• Insert the motor and fix it by means of the provided screws and growers (4 units each), properly greased (fig. 15A).
• Connect the faston connectors by respecting the polarity (fig. 15B).
