Troubleshooting
My Bluetooth keyboard will not connect or enter pairing mode.
The keyboard can be connected only to one device at a time. If you have connected it to
another device, make sure that other device is out of range or powered off. Also try to restart
your keyboard.
My device doesn’t find my Bluetooth keyboard when searching.
Make sure your keyboard is in pairing mode when your device is searching. The blue LED on
the side of the keyboard will blink to indicate that it is in pairing mode. If it is not blinking, press
the pairing button next to the power switch to enter pairing mode.
My Bluetooth keyboard worked before, but is not working now.
First, be sure the keyboard is charged. Then check to make sure the Bluetooth feature of your
device was not turned off. Also try powering off your keyboard and device and powering them
both back on. You may also need to pair the keyboard with the device again.
