9. To run SANsurfer Control iX, click Start , select Programs , select the install
group (the default is QLogic Corporation ), then click SANsurfer Control iX .
If you selected Desktop in step 5 , double-click the icon on your desktop.

Uninstalling SANsurfer Control iX
6.2.2.1
Windows 2000
To uninstall the SANsurfer Control iX GUI for Windows 2000, do the following:
From the Start menu, point to Programs , point to QLogic Corporation , point to
SANsurfer Control iX , then click Uninstall SANsurfer Control iX .
6.2.2.2
Red Hat Linux
Follow these steps to uninstall the SANsurfer Control iX GUI for Red Hat Linux:
1. Change to the directory where SANsurfer Control iX is installed. For example,
type the following and then press ENTER:
cd /opt/QLogic_Corporation/SANsurfer_Control_iX
2. Type the following to uninstall the SANsurfer Control iX GUI:
./Uninstall_SANsurfer_Controlix
