Changing the batteries or the fuse

NOTE:

It is recommended that battery charging is carried out by your local dealer.

WARNING:

The use of ‘wet’ batteries is not permitted. Use only VRLA-type batteries with the correct

capacity.

If batteries are charged by someone other than you local dealer, please comply with the

following instructions carefully.

Make sure that the electrical system is set to OFF.

Remove the battery cover by loosening the two snap fasteners placed under the seat. Use a

coin or a screw driver to remove the screw on the back of the battery box. The battery cover

can then be lifted off.
